Return to sports programming at Optimal Physical Therapy is an 18-week program, completed in (3) 6-week phases with a small group or 1:1 treatment to improve deficits that impact athletes of all ages following injury or post-operative care. This programming is ideal for athletes who are recovering from:
Phase I: Initial evaluation with sport specific movement video analysis + 2 times per week for 6 weeks = $450
Phase II: 2 times per week for 6 weeks = $350
Phase III: 1 time per week for 6 weeks = $200
Patient presentation may indicate completion of all three phases as laid out. Others may require completion of phase I & II only. Some patients may require 2 times per week for 6 weeks during Phase III, which would adjust cost to $350.
Optional Sport Psychology Consult: $100

Falls are not a normal part of aging and can be prevented. A fall screen assesses your risk for a fall and identifies areas to target to reduce that risk. As advocates for our community, the Optimal Therapy team will be providing free fall screens and education at the Farmer’s Market once a month this summer.
