Shoulder Injuries & Pain

Shoulder

“Look at your daily habits and ask yourself if they are causing you to evolve or revolve. Are you moving forward, or just moving in circles” Unknown

The shoulder is both a very mobile joint and unstable in the body. Shoulder instability due to ligament laxity is the primary cause of the majority of shoulder pain conditions, yet goes undiagnosed in many cases. Your shoulder has the greatest range of motion of all your joints. It is a ball-and-socket joint and gets remarkable support from several muscles and other soft tissues that keep the joints moving freely. Factors including overuse, poor posture, injury, diseases and more can contribute to shoulder pain.
