What to wear?
Comfortable clothing and clean socks. You will remain clothed during your sessions.
"That was awesome!!! The stretches were very good and spot on. They explained everything on my first session and identified my greatest needs. I honestly felt better than some massages I have gotten. I received some home stretches to work on between my sessions. A+" - K.S.
How does it work?
Sitting in an enclosed space you will inhale microscopic negative ion-charged salt particles emitted into the air by our halogenerator.
The anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties of salt can help cleanse the respiratory tract, reduce inflammation, and promote better breathing.
Improvements are seen in the following conditions:
- Colds and congestion
- Skin conditions
- Mood and mental well-being
Our salt booth can be conveniently combined with Infrared Sauna at the same time to save you time, money, and combined health benefits. *See Infrared Sauna health benefits.
Infrared provides a deep, penetrating heat that directly warms the body (from the inside out) without heating the surrounding air, resulting in a more comfortable and enjoyable experience compared to traditional heat saunas.
- Promotes relaxation
- Relieves stress
- Aids in muscle recovery
- Improves skin tone and clarity
- Detoxifies the muscles, skin, and body
- Strengthens immune system
Ideal temperature: 120-135 degrees (vs. 170 degrees in non-infrared saunas).
Ideal time in sauna: 30-45 minutes
*Start slowly to progress hour tolerance*
As these saunas operate at lower temperatures than traditional ones, they are accessible to more people, including those sensitive to heat. Embrace the wonders of infrared sauna therapy and unlock a world of wellness, relaxation, and rejuvenation.
