It is often challenging to perform effective stretching on our own or to know which ones to do. Let our Certified Stretch Coaches do it for you, even better than you can do on your own.

Choose from our selection of 4, 8, or 12-session-per-month packages, designed by one of our fitness professionals to help you discover your path to enhanced flexibility, improved range of motion, and elevated day-to-day life. These sessions consist of an initial evaluation to help our team get a better understanding of your body and determine the best route for your improvement and help you achieve your flexibility goals. Then, we will put together a specifically curated program to meet your needs. These programs will include the use of assisted stretching and self-stretching techniques.

What to expect?

Relax and allow one of our certified stretch coaches to do the work. You will lie down in various positions to progress through a series of specific stretches that meet your needs.

What to wear?

Comfortable clothing and clean socks. You will remain clothed during your sessions.

Testimonial:

"That was awesome!!! The stretches were very good and spot on. They explained everything on my first session and identified my greatest needs. I honestly felt better than some massages I have gotten.  I received some home stretches to work on between my sessions. A+" - K.S.
